All new Goods carry a twelve month, return to base, parts and labour warranty unless otherwise stated. Damage caused by misuse or abuse, electrical damage due to power fluctuations such as surges or spikes, incompatible consumables or software, are not covered under warranty. Consumables or incorrect operation of any Goods according to the manufacturers’ recommendations are not covered under warranty. Proof of purchase is to be supplied with all warranty claims.

We must repair or replace any second hand, or demonstration item sold by us if there is any manufacturing defect in material or workmanship within 3 months of delivery unless otherwise specified in writing.

Our warranty is subject to the following exemptions:

  • It does not cover any damage caused by the use of other than genuine original manufacturer’s parts and consumables;
  • We make no warranty, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, regarding software and services or the use thereof, and any software and services are made available solely on an “AS IS” basis.;
  • We are not liable for any costs, expenses, damages, losses, claims, proceeding’s liabilities, including liability as to negligence, arising out of or in connection with any software, services or the use thereof or any consequential losses; and
  • We do not warrant that the operation of any software will be error free or uninterrupted. In no event will our liability (whether based on an action or claim in contract, tort or otherwise) to any party exceed the total amount paid by You for the goods.
  • We are not liable for any damage for breach or negligence or otherwise, except as stated. Damage includes lost profits, lost savings, lost time, loss of or damage to goodwill, loss of or damage to data or records, and claims made against you by others.


To the extent permissible by law, all warranties and conditions, whether express or implied by law, other than those set out above are excluded. Our liability for breach of any warranty set out above or which cannot be excluded by law is limited to, to the extent permissible by law, at our option:

In the case of goods:

  • the replacement of the Goods or the supply of equivalent goods;
  • the repair of the Goods;
  • the payment of the cost of replacing the Goods or of acquiring equivalent Goods;
  • the payment of the cost of having the Goods repaired; and


In the case of the INTS430-4K (43″)and INTS550-4K (55″) touch screens:

The InTouch 43” and 55″ touch screens are recommended to be wall-mounted with InTouch IN-WM-32-55-LAN or IN-WM-POR-LG wall mounts or installed in an InTouch kiosk housing.  If using alternative mounting methods, please check prior to install. Damage caused due to ineffective mounting method is not covered by warranty. Email Support

Excessive pressure on the 43″ and 55″ touch screen edge or installation on an uneven surface will cause screen contortion and can result in performance issues for the touch screens, that are not covered by warranty.
If installing the InTouch 43” and 55” touch screens in a table-top design or recessed cavity, please ensure the whole width and height of the screen is supported by a mounting plate. Also ensure adequate active cooling and ventilation are provided to prevent overheating of the touch screen. Use care when installing these touch screens in the tabletop or cavity as overheating or damage and abrasion caused by dropping the screen in or out of the table frame or cavity is not covered by warranty.


In the case of services:

  • the supplying of the services again; or
  • the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.


Some products may be covered by a warranty period of up to 3 years, and this will be indicated on tax invoice paperwork for your records. Warranty period commences from time of dispatch from Our warehouse. If goods are manufactured by a company other than Us, we must use our reasonable endeavours to assist you to obtain the benefit of any guarantee or warranty offered by the original supplier or manufacturer of any goods that we supply to you.

Variations in specifications. We reserve the right to vary the specifications or performance criteria of any product from time to time and to obtain products from different sources, at our absolute discretion. We may do that without telling you, provided we have reasonable grounds for believing that the alternative product offered is substantially similar to that previously offered or represents an improvement.

Availability of spare parts. We make every reasonable effort to ensure the reasonable availability of spare parts for any particular product type for at least 5 years from the commencement of the product life cycle. We are not liable if, having used reasonable efforts, we are unable to do so for a temporary or permanent period. Likewise, we may not be able to arrange for the availability of spare parts after the end of that 5-year period.

In the case of Software:

We are a hardware specialist and as such, cannot warrant any software provided, including but not limited to Microsoft Windows Operating System. Although We will use our reasonable endeavours to open channels of communication, all support and troubleshooting for software is to be handled directly with the software developers of the supplied software package. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine if the software will achieve the required function prior to purchase, and to obtain sufficient support packages from the software developer to support the package and any ongoing maintenance required.
